1. Purpose and Membership

This service is for private members only. It is not a free speech zone. Participation requires adherence to standards of decency and decorum as outlined below.

2. Member Conduct

To maintain a respectful and effective environment:

• Keep comments brief and focused.

• Bullet points are encouraged for clarity.

• Uploads (videos, documents, etc.) must not contain:

  • Cursing, profanity or vulgar language

  • Pornographic or indecent material

  • Threatening or bullying language

  • Any other form of abusive or disrespectful content

3. Data Privacy and Use

Your data is your data.

• It is not sold, shared, or accessed by third parties or algorithms without your explicit permission.

• Detailing the data collected is necessary when you choose to communicate your information, which the government already tracks with the national census.

• The Vincent Report relies on WIX platform security for data protection.

• However, as with all online services, no system can guarantee absolute security. Data breaches have occurred across many industries, including banking, healthcare, and government sectors.

4. Administrative Rights

The Creator reserves the right, at sole discretion, to:

• Delete content that violates these terms or the spirit of the community, and/or

• Revoke membership for any reason deemed necessary, whether listed or not.

5. Limitation of Liability

United Support Service, Inc., its owners, members, investors, employees, and all affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of this service.
Your use of this service constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to these conditions of use.

This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation, content uploads, or reliance on materials provided through the service. Members agree to hold harmless United Support Service, Inc. and its affiliates from any and all claims related to participation or content use.

6. Terms of Use
By accessing or using this service, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and the Terms of Use:

• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Violation of this Code of Conduct constitutes a breach of the Terms of Use and may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

• The Creator and United Support Service, Inc. reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

• Continued use of the service after any updates or modifications to this Code of Conduct or Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved in a Texas court of competent jurisdiction.
