Code of Conduct & Terms of Use

 

1. Purpose and Membership:

 

• The Vincent Report Membership is a private, paid membership service.

• Membership provides access to additional information, tools, and resources beyond what is publicly available. 

• Membership does not confer ownership, equity, voting rights, or any legal interest in United Support Service, Inc.

• Members are eligible to submit applications to establish groups.  

• The Vincent Report. Membership also does not include medical or legal representation, lobbying services, or advocacy on your behalf.

• Participation in The Vincent Report Membership is subject to adherence to the Code of Conduct and these Terms of Use.

 

2. Member Conduct:

 

• Members are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment.

• To support this, members are encouraged to keep comments brief, focused, and constructive.

• Use bullet points or structured formatting for clarity.

• Refrain from uploading content that includes:

  • Cursing, profanity, or vulgar language,

  • Pornographic, indecent, or sexually explicit material,

  • Threatening, harassing, or bullying language,

  • Content that violates local, state, or federal law,

  • Any other abusive, discriminatory, or disrespectful material.

• Members and Groups are solely responsible for their content.

• The Vincent Report reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

3. Data Privacy and Use:

• Members’ personal data is collected and used only for the purposes of providing membership services:

• Data is not sold or shared with third parties without the explicit member's consent.

• The Vincent Report uses WIX platform security to safeguard data, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

• Members are responsible for protecting their own login credentials and account access.

• A detailed description of data collection, storage, and usage is provided in the Privacy Policy, accessible on the website.

 

4. Administrative Rights:

• The Creator and United Support Service, Inc. reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to:

  • Delete content that violates this agreement or the spirit of the community.

  • Suspend or terminate membership at any time, with or without cause.

  • All decisions regarding content or membership are final and not subject to appeal.

 

5. Limitation of Liability:

 

• United Support Service, Inc., its owners, members, investors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of this service, including:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Participation, uploaded content, or reliance on materials provided through the service.

  • Members agree to hold harmless United Support Service, Inc. and its affiliates from any and all claims related to participation or content use.This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under Texas law.

6. Terms of Use:

 

• By accessing or using The Vincent Report Membership, you agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws

  • .Accept that membership does not include ownership, advocacy, or lobbying services.

  • Acknowledge that continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms

• The Creator and United Support Service, Inc. reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

• Updates to this agreement will be posted on the site; Continued membership constitutes acceptance of these changes.

• The Vincent Report is supported by its Members. In the event that membership support does not support the overhead of service, the services may be discontinued with a two-week notice posted on the website.

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved in a Texas court of competent jurisdiction.

 

7. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds:

• Membership fees may be monthly or annual, as selected at the time of enrollment.

• Membership may be canceled at any time through your account portal.

• Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Access to member-only content ends upon cancellation or non-payment.
