Video Tip for Senate URL Links:

To jump to a certain minute marker from a hearing video, add "&starttime=XXX" to the back of the URL where XXX is in seconds.
To calculate XXX, multiply the hour marker by 3600 + minute marker multiplied by 60 + seconds = total seconds.

TIPS:

Everything in the Capitol is based upon N,S,E,W, yet there is not one marker indicating direction. When coming from the visitors' parking, you enter the East side.
Take a picture of the directory of offices. It's quicker to look at a picture on your phone then looking on a paper handout or in a book.
Handicap access is on the North side, bear right when coming from the visitor's parking.
In the Rotunda, look for the side with triple arches, which is South. The bathrooms and elevators are on the North
