Private Membership Requirement:
All participants in the communication services provided by The Vincent Report must be registered as private members. To ensure the integrity of communications, public authoritative offices or private parties, each member (referred to as the Owner) must submit Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for identity verification. Verification may be completed through: Confirmation of "personally known" by the Referring Member, or Upload of a government-issued ID. Note: This process does not create a digital ID. It exists solely to protect the Owner’s identity in verified communications.
Consent, Public Viewing, and Code of Conduct:
With the Owner’s consent, submitted communications may be made publicly viewable. When published, the Owner’s public key will be displayed, but no personal information will appear—unless the Owner voluntarily includes PII within text comments, video links, images, or documents. Code of Conduct Services within The Vincent Report are exclusively for private members. This is not a free speech zone—profanity, vulgarity, threats, or indecent behavior are strictly prohibited and will be removed. Members are expected to maintain decorum, respect, and decency in all communications.
